J8de Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Account Eligibility

To register and use the j8de platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be legally capable of entering into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory where the use of the j8de platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the j8de platform.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

J8de reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any user at any time. If a user is found to not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended immediately and any credit balance may be forfeited at j8de's sole discretion.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the j8de platform. Registering more than one account using the same identity, phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for all j8de members before any withdrawal can be processed. During this process, you are required to submit a valid government-issued ID such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent official document. j8de reserves the right to request additional documents such as proof of address or bank statements if deemed necessary.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

J8de supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other instant payment options. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the respective payment provider.

Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon receipt of your request, subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding security issues on your account. j8de is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the payment method selected.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• All financial transactions are recorded and can be reviewed through the transaction history in your account.
• J8de does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; users may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

J8de offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special festive promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and other specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• J8de reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and immediate account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Certain game types may not count, or may only partially count, toward bonus wagering requirements.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the j8de platform — including slots, fish shooting games, bingo, sports betting, and other categories — are governed by specific rules set for each individual game. It is the user's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

The j8de gaming system uses a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available for users to review.

• The outcome of all games is final and non-disputable unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, j8de will use data recorded by the server to determine a fair game outcome.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.

6 Responsible User Conduct

All j8de users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner while using this platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Making any offensive, threatening, or harassing statements toward other users or j8de staff.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Using the j8de platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about j8de or other users.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of j8de's systems through any technical means.

J8de has a dedicated security team that continuously monitors platform activity to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users. Any reported violations will be investigated seriously.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

J8de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• User suspected of fraud or providing false information during registration.
• Account linked to money laundering activity or suspicious transactions.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• User requests to close their own account.

If your account is suspended due to fraud or a breach of terms, j8de reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. For account closures requested by the user, any valid remaining balance will be returned after all withdrawal conditions have been met.

8 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

J8de takes the protection of every member's personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with j8de's Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your personal information — including your name, phone number, email address, and financial details — is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and platform security purposes. j8de will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9 Liability Limits

The j8de platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, j8de makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

• J8de is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, unless a proven technical error on our part is established.
• J8de is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• J8de's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the disputed incident.

Use of the j8de platform is at your own risk. We encourage all users to play responsibly and only use funds they can afford to lose.

10 Amendments to Terms & Related Regulations

J8de reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or through the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
